William John Parry. 1892-1935.

b 16 July 1892 Glascoed Mon. William was the son of Thomas (Tom) John Parry and Mary Jane Parry nee Evans

He married Annie Lewis in the first quarter of 1920.

He died in on 3rd December 1935, and was buried at St Michaels Church, Glascoed

At some point Thomas and Mary Jane moved to live at Clearwell, Glascoed, a smallholding on the left towards Glascoed Baptist Chapel. This was technically in Llanbaddock Parish, but considered locally to be part of Glascoed.

This was their address in 1916, when William’s brother Tom died in WW1, aged just 21.

I (Olwen) was told, by Annie Mary Robinson, that Tom had hydrocephalus.
