MONMOUTHSHIRE AND GLAMORGANSHIRE.

TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, By Mr. MICHAEL DAVIS,

At the CROWN INN, PONTYPOOL, on Saturday, the 17th day of December next, between twelve and one o'clock in the after- noon THE FOLLOWING VERY DESIRABLE FREEHOLD ESTATES .

Lot 1. All that MESSUAGE, FARM, and LANDS, called Glyn-y-March, containing by estimation 31 Acres, more or less, situate in the parish of (Jelly Gare, in the county of Glamorgan. There are two Veins of Coal, three feet thick, under this Es- tate, which being situated near the Rumney Rail Road, the Coal may be worked to great advantage.

Lot 2. All that MESSUAGE, FARM, and LANDS, called the Beech Farm, situate in the Hamlet of Glascoed, about half way between Usk and Pontypool, containing 61 Acres, more or less, of good Arable, Meadow, Pasture, and Wood Land, now in the occupation of Roger Williams, at the Rent of £65. A FREEHOLD MESSUAGE, FARM, & LANDS, called the BEECH FARM, situate in the hamlet of Glascoed, about half way between Usk and Pontypool, containing 61 Acres, more or less, of good Arable, Meadow, Pasture and Wood Land, now in the occupation of Mr. Roger Williams, as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent of £65.

This Farm would be a desirable purchase for a sportsman, as it abounds with game.

The farm was re-listed at auction on 29th of July 1835 with the same Solicitors and at the same venue. The value and acreage were also the same.
