Baptismal record gives est birth year as 1811; census records in 1851 state age as 33 (giving birth yr of 1816/17). Could be that the first Sophia died and the second was not baptised at Bryngwyn (although numerous siblings were). Alternatively, the age on the 1851 (given I presume by her brother in law) was wrong.
