Assumed that George and Charlotte married, since she is the only Charlotte of the right age and birthplace that I could find.

I could not find a copy of their marriage in civil registration documents, nor indeed for any George Morgan marrying a Charlotte at the time or around the date specified on the 1911 census. ¹
