On Friday in last week, Mr. H. Jonas, of the firm of Messrs. Driver and Co., London, conducted the third days’ sale of the Duke of Beaufort’s Estates in the Usk district. There were fifty lots, situate at Monkswood, Glascoed, and Llanbadoc, comprising an area of about 628 acres. I Tenants were specially favoured as the following details will show:-
