Nathaniel and Elizabeth had 14 children in total. Elizabeth Handley Wilmot married into the Jenkins family of Glascoed.
5 of the 8 youngest children continued to live and work at Llanddewi Fach (close to Glascoed), until at least the 1890s. Their deaths were all recorded as being in the Pontypool registration district.
