1911 census reads as Mary Eliza, although the R is indistinct. It could actually be May Eliza.
Her birthplace is also indistinct - Merthyr, Breconshire is the best guess from what I could decipher.

Mary married William Williams, son of James Williams and Ann Symon, circa 1890. (William Williams was born circa 1860 in Glascoed, Monmouthshire ¹.)
