bullet  Research Notes:

On 1881 census, Florence is noted as the Grand-daughter of Richd and Sarah Williams, Railway Guard of Sebastopol.

On 1891 census she is noted as their daughter and also on her baptism at Panteg Parish Church in 1880.

It appears more likely that she is their daughter and that the 1881 census was a mis-transcription, although it does add a seed of doubt to the conclusion.
